Psychology is the subject that analyzes human behavior. Sociology describes in the same why the behavior of social groups. Anthropology or cultural science analyses behavior of specific groups. With the risk of oversimplifying, one could argue that with psychology one studies human behavior, culture is about studying group-behavior. Could we than make the same comparison to introduce the concept of a healthy culture, referring to the mind of the organization?
Psychology is about understanding the psyche of a person and how this affects his or hers action. We are all different and one of these differences is rooted in out mind.
A healthy culture can than be paralleled as having a healthy psyche as one human being would have. This is an area we can all think about and it is easy to have an idea what a healthy person would look like: someone who does his job, who is happy and who may have conflicts but those remain invisible for the outside world (accept for some friends perhaps)
A Healthy culture is one where an organization does what it has to do. There are conflicts, but they remain invisible for the outside world.

Looking for free scripts of acting duets? One of the places that you can go online to search the database for free duet acting scenes is at Actingscenes.com. At this online site, there are free downloads of these duets and also other duet acting scenes that an actor or actress has access to.
One of the places online that offers free duet acting scripts is scene-by.com where there is a listing of approximately three male/female duet acting scenes that can be downloaded for free from the official website, and there is one female/female free acting duet script available for download from the webpage. These four downloads of free scripts of acting duets include “Thieves at Heart,” written by Alina Adams, which features a 20-year-old male and a 16-year-old female, “When Do You Leave for Oslo,” written by Nicole Walker, which features a 35-year-old male and an 18-year-old female, and “The Conference,” written by Judith Donato, which features a 22-35-year-old male and a 22-35-year-old female. The female/female duet script of acting at this site is entitled “After Choir Practice,” written by Nicole Walker and features two 25-year-old women.
There are other sources online in which to look for free scripts of acting duets; however, these two sources were the quickest resources that I could find on a limited search throughout the Internet for free scripts of acting duets.

This is a poetry that has been around for many years and there are many famous poets that have been doing it for many years. It’s really not that much different from American poetry except that you will need to know how to read Hindu or have a program that is able to read the language. It’s a very pretty way of looking at most things in the world and helps you to understand the things that are around you. If you have ever taken the time to read it, you will see what many people see in it when they do read it and finally understand what it is and why they should read it in the long run.
You may not know what Urdu poetryis if you are not familiar with Hindu and the traditions that comes with it. There are some questions that you may be asking yourself. What is Urdu poetry? How to find it? Why read it?

Medical Astrology is that branch of Astrology dealing with Health. The 12 Signs of the Zodiac are linked to the Twelve Limbs of the body. The Ascendant rules the Head and the 12th House, the Feet. The Law of Correspondences of Classical Philosophy has another term “The Doctrine of Signatures”. This doctrine states that objects – animate and inanimate – are governed by planets and Classical Astrology has taken this concept beyond “The Law of Cause and Effect” and has defined it as Archetypal or Psychological. Reflections of the intrinsic qualities of the planets can be seen in people, plants, animals & minerals. All that we see, touch, consume & harvest has a correspondence. By knowing our own planetary signature, we can consume those materials which correspond to our planetary signature and thus a healthy balance can be maintained. (In my horoscope, Jupiter is posited in Cancer and hence powerful in positional as well as directional strength. If I am afflicted by any sort of disease, the escape route is the Jupiterian Way – viz consuming more vegetables and fruits, as he rules fruits and vegetables. If I do that, I will be implementing what the Great Seers said long ago “Naturopathic food is medicine and medicine is food” )! Since the Zodiacal Signs represent the Five Elements (Ether, Fire, Air, Earth & Water), the ancient astrological savants assigned everything in the Universe to a planetary ruler, and considered all as the manifestation of the Elemental Five and their respective qualities – hot and dry, cold and dry, hot and humid, cold and humid. Jupiter rules “Kapha” and the Sun “Pitta” (the three humors of Ayurveda). These elements were understood in a physical & metaphysical sense, as per the principle “As Above, So Below”. Many body constitutions are defined in Ayurveda. The Phlegmatic (predominance of Kapha), the Bilious ( preponderance of Pitta) & the Windy (predominance of Vata). There are 4 types of Body Constitution in Western Holistic Medicine – Sanguine, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Melancholic

Here we can try to know about humanity by the deferent things
PERHAPS the most quoted description of Jane Austen’s practice as a novelist comes from a letter she wrote her nephew, John Edward Austen, in 1816, on the last birthday before her death. He had lost two-and-a-half chapters of a novel he had been writing and suspected his aunt of purloining them.
“I do not think that any theft of that sort would be really very useful to me,” she wrote, adding, “What should I do with your strong, manly, spirited Sketches, full of Variety and Glow?—How could I possibly join them on to the little bit (two Inches wide) of Ivory on which I work with so fine a Brush, as produces little effect after much labour.”
Austen, so good at irony and playful self-deprecation, knew exactly what she was doing here, and it wasn’t just admonishing her nephew. Her life coincided with the golden age of miniature painting. She was an accomplished draughtswoman herself, and her sister Cassandra once painted a beautiful miniature of the author that is now in London’s National Portrait Gallery.

The importance of theater and the arts, of culture and beauty is beyond the rote purposes we attempt to assign to them. Yes the arts programs do help students and society think better in many ways. The true importance of theater and the arts however is in beauty.
It is in love and joy and the discovery of humanity. In many ways it could and should perhaps be argued that all other things are to support the simple idea of making our lives more beautiful, not just livable, but actually beautiful worth while in some way.Happiness is in many ways the purpose, and rote ideas and thoughts are to support this not the other way around.
Art and the theater are forms of communication; they are ways to focus the human mind and human understanding. It is they which often help to determine our course as a society and the courses of cultures. They are also the way to pass on the understanding our societies and cultures have obtained to each other and to other cultures. What’s more the arts are a way to receive information from these cultures.
For people will learn very little social wisdom through memorizing the ideas of culture and society. One must come to feel, to gain an emotional understanding to truly learn the importance of society and cultures.
