Becoming a fashion designer is a dream for many people. But only those with artistic ability and serious determination will succeed in this competitive industry. A fashion designer has an eye for lines, textures and color and brings their vision to life through drafting. Once a final sketch is complete, the designer must choose materials to be used in the final product. After the fabric is chosen, a pattern is cut from the fabric and sewn together.
Fashion Marketing involves the advertising, design and business side of the fashion business. A fashion marketer has to have a comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry to be able to identify what will be stylish and appealing to their target markets. Flowers, as they say, are the kind of gift that can be given out of occasion. This is because of its many purposes, such as a way to convey specific feelings and emotions that are better seen that heard.
Have you ever wondered why flowers are the primary gift when a man courts a woman? Ever wondered why flowers are the common things that are given on a funeral? Or have you ever wondered why flowers are the thing that civilians give to soldiers when in war times? This is because of the language that only flowers can convey.
The language of flowers, sometimes called floriography, was a Victorian-era means of communication in which various flowers and floral arrangements were used to send coded messages, allowing individuals to express feelings which otherwise could not be spoken.
The nuances of the language are now mostly forgotten, but red roses still imply passionate, romantic love and pink roses a lesser affection; white roses suggest virtue and chastity and yellow roses still stand for friendship or devotion. Also commonly known meanings are sunflowers, which can indicate either haughtiness or respect – they were the favorite flower of St. Julie Billiart for this reason. Gerbera (daisy) means innocence or purity. The iris, being named for the messenger of the gods in Greek mythology, still represents the sending of a message. A pansy signifies thought, a daffodil regard, and a strand of ivy fidelity.
Aside from conveying thoughts, feelings, and emotions, flowers are also popular because of events and occasions that they symbolize. Among those events that flowers symbolized is the Valentines Day.
Valentine’s Day, which is celebrated on February 14th, is a major festival in the western hemisphere. People express their love for each other by means of gifts, of which flowers play a prominent role. Psychology is the subject that analyzes human behavior. Sociology describes in the same why the behavior of social groups. Anthropology or cultural science analyses behavior of specific groups. With the risk of oversimplifying, one could argue that with psychology one studies human behavior, culture is about studying group-behavior. Could we than make the same comparison to introduce the concept of a healthy culture, referring to the mind of the organization?
Psychology is about understanding the psyche of a person and how this affects his or hers action. We are all different and one of these differences is rooted in out mind.
A healthy culture can than be paralleled as having a healthy psyche as one human being would have. This is an area we can all think about and it is easy to have an idea what a healthy person would look like: someone who does his job, who is happy and who may have conflicts but those remain invisible for the outside world (accept for some friends perhaps)
A Healthy culture is one where an organization does what it has to do. There are conflicts, but they remain invisible for the outside world.

A puppet is a representational figure manipulated by a puppeteer. It is usually (but by no means always) a depiction of a human character, and is used in puppetry, a play or a presentation that is a very ancient form of theatre. The puppet undergoes a process of transformation through being animated, and is normally manipulated by at least one puppeteer.
There are many different varieties of puppets, and they are made of a wide range of materials, depending on their form and intended use. They can be extremely complex or very simple in their construction. They may even be found objects. As Oscar Wilde wrote, “There are many advantages in puppets. They never argue. They have no crude views about art. They have no private lives”. David Currell has said “A puppet is not an actor and a puppet theatre is not human theatre in miniature, because when an actor ‘represents’, a puppet ‘is
Puppetry by its nature is a flexible and inventive medium, and many puppet companies work with combinations of puppet forms, and incorporate real objects into their performances. So an bought corkscrew can become a dancer puppet; or they incorporate ‘performing objects’ such as torn paper for snow, or a sign board with words as narrative devices within a production. The following are, alphabetically, the basic and conventional forms of puppet
